Safety and COVID-19 safety procedures

Keeping Us All Safe & Healthy

  • We are a trained and certified Rejuvenate disinfectant infection prevention salon & spa

  • Thorough sanitization of all touch points and linens will take place in between every client.

  • Masks are required to completely cover the mouth and nose of service providers and clients at all times (except by clients when receving facial services; when the service is completed, a mask must be worn again).

  • Our waiting room is closed to the public for the time being.

  • Only clients who have scheduled appointments will be permitted in the building; please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment. 

  • No food or drink is allowed in the building. 

  • We are implementing a daily pre-screening questionnaire for all clients and staff. We will also be using a touch-less thermometer to record the temperatures of everyone who enters the building. 

  • We will be adhering to the 6 foot social distancing guidelines whenever possible. 

  • HEPA Filters with UV Sanitization in the salon and treatment room.

  • We cannot accommodate walk-in appointments or product purchases. You may purchase products through our secure online store here or contact your preferred staff member here

  • Clients will be thoughtfully scheduled to avoid too many people checking out at once. 

  • We ask that when you arrive for your appointment you stay in your car until we notify you that we are ready for you to come inside. You will receive a text message from your stylist or skin care therapist when we have properly prepared the space for your visit. 

  • We are not currently accepting new or out-of-state client

         

    As we are all in this together, we encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have as we adapt to these new policies       and procedures. 

 

Cancellation Policy 
We have reserved time and space especially for you. If you cannot make your appointment please let us know. Cancelations less than 24hrs before appointment time will be charged 50% of the service. No shows will be charged 50% of the service. If you arrive at your appointment sick or with a cold sore you will be rescheduled. If you run late to your appointment your time will be cut short or the appointment will be rescheduled and the 50% charge with apply. By booking, you authorize this business to
