Timing is everything! Apply a rich, ceramide-packed moisturizer immediately after washing to seal in hydration. Look for ingredients like hyaluronic acid, glycerin, and shea butter for an extra moisture boost.
3. Bring the Spa to Your Space
Winter air is dry—so fight back with a humidifier! Keeping indoor humidity levels between 40-60% helps prevent your skin from drying out while you sleep (bonus: it’s great for hair and sinuses too!).
